  A while ago, I made a tool that annotates Chinese to English. The Chinese language is particularly hard because the characters are not phonetic. In order to read, you must memorize each character one by one. I just wanted a simple program that shows me the pronounications, and many websites are too bloated. With China always in the news, I figured I'll share the site. Here is the link to my Chinese to English Annotater. Note that it is not a translator. That is an entirely different problem, which requires much much much harder algorithms....
